Journey work is an ancient technique of entering the world of Spirit and retrieving the wisdom and strength that is available to us all. In the cosmology of most indigenous people, they saw the world not in terms of the physical and the spiritual realm, but merely in terms of the visible and the invisible worlds. Walking between these worlds was as much a part of their experience as retrieving water from the rivers.

 - the lower world which encompasses our wounds, (both personal and ancestral), our past lives, as well as all the wisdom and archtypes for us to step beyond the limitations of our current situation. This is the realm of the soul.

- the middle world which is this world that we spend our 'waking' lives moving through.

- the upper world, which has many layers and from which we can access the wisdom of who we are becoming 10,000 years from now. It is here that we can find why we came into this life, where we are going, and call in the greatest destiny available to us.

Courses 

A new six week Journey course will be starting in early 2011. The course is available to everyone - no previous experience of journey works is required. If you are not sure whether to start with the Munay Ki or this course - I would recommend the Munay Ki, as you will get more from the course if you have the rites of the Munay Ki. However it is not essential, please call me if you would like to discuss. Starting: tba 2012, 7:30-9pm for 6 weeks.

Distant learning course:

I am currently finalising a 6 week distant learning course on Journey Work. This is different content from the above face to face course, and is ideal if you prefer to work on their own at your own pace.

Each week builds on the next so that by the end of the course you can confidently and powerfully navigate the lower realm.

The course will enable you to:

• Find the answers within you to the challenge in your life,
• Recover lost parts of your self to increase your creativity, recover your joy and become all of who you can be,
• Establish a powerful relationship with the Keeper of the Lower Realm, and
• Call upon power animals, spiritual gifts and archetypes to transform your life.

• 3 CDs - each week contains teaching and guidance, plus specific journeys and the neccessary homework to deepen your experience and increase your confidence.
