Some practical considerations.

I work with clients either over the telephone or face-to-face.

Sessions last between an hour and an hour and a half. Please allow two hours. I work until we come to an appropriate place to stop. By allowing 2 hours this gives some flexibility if the previous session runs over or we need more time in your session.

Sessions can take place fortnightly or monthly. If we are working on a particular issue, fortnightly or occassionally weekly is appropriate. However it is important to allow sufficient time for integration before the next session and on an on-going basis monthly is usually the right balance.

From the Prayer to Open Sacred Space

During a session a combination of breath work, energy therapy and journeying is used. There are many different interventions, details about some of them are available on the intervention page. I also incorporate other energy therapies as appropriate.

Please be aware I do give homework. Like all therapy, this is about team work. Healing is not an intervention it is a journey.

Working on the Telephone

Telephone work is just as effective as face to face. At the level of Spirit, pure energy, there is no time or space.

You call me at an agreed time and date.  I suggest you find somewhere where you are comfortable and also has somewhere where you can lie down once we start the healing work. We will be on telephone for the length of the session, even though for parts of it we will not be talking.

If you are calling from abroad, (or in the UK if you do not have a cheap call package) I would encourage you to investigate SKYPE - which has the merit of being free from anywhere in the world.

Working Face to Face

I am extremely blessed to have my own dedicated therapy room and large workshop room in a old coach house at the bottom of my garden. This means that energetically I can ensure that the space is always held clear, quiet and sacred and dedicated to this work.

When you come for a session, the large wooden side gate to the right of the house will be open. Please make you way down the side of the house, diagonally across the grass to the smaller green doorway. If you enter in the door you will find yourself in a small kitchen. Please come up the stairs into the workshop room. If I am still with a client, please make yourself at home in this room - drinks are available in the kitchen.

Fees

I charge £75 for the session, (discount is available if you are booking a series). Sessions may last upto an hour and a half.

While one session can be very powerful, healing is a journey not an intervention. A series of session is very effective in not only clearing whatever is holding you at the moment but helping you take a significant step forward. Particularly if you have not had much energy work done, either recently or at all. I give a discount for three sessions as for many this is most beneficial.
